Marc Moran is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2002. Marc currently specializes in commercial real estate sales/leasing and investments, but also has a proven record in Project Management through Client Owner representation. Marc is a lifelong resident of South Texas, but He began his real estate career in San Antonio Texas, where he graduated from The University of Texas-San Antonio with a BBA in Marketing and earned his Real Estate license in 2002. In 2004, Marc moved to South Texas and joined Coldwell Banker. Over the course of his career he has represented numerous local, regional and national companies. In addition, he has represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of smaller properties to larger multi-million properties dollar properties involving Commercial, Land, Multi-family and other Investment related properties. Marc's success not only comes from his extensive experience and knowledge in Real Estate, but also his ability to establish himself within the community and among his peers as a person with a strong commitment to high professional standards.
