Eric Carrizales's Profile

Eric Carrizales is a native to the Rio Grande Valley. Born and raised in Harlingen, TX, he spent many summers at South Padre Island and shopping from Mercedes Premium Outlets to La Plaza mall in McAllen, TX. After graduating from Harlingen High School South in the top 10% of his class, Eric attended Texas State University in San Marcos and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science, earning the Dean's List honor upon leaving Texas State. After graduation, Eric received an opportunity to manage a multi-family (120+) luxury apartment complex and learned how to successfully run the business. Ready for a new challenge, Eric earned his Real Estate Salesperson license in the fall of 2018 and earned his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in the Spring of 2023. Eric has helped buy and sell over 1 million dollars' worth of real estate in his first year, as well as earning other designations such as the ABR, SRS, GRI, and ePro. Eric is truly invested in the Rio Grande Valley region. His experience in property management, customer service, and sales will be assets to both buyers and sellers for both commercial and residential transactions.
